Orders & Shipping:

Where are your pajamas made?

All LALLALAND pieces are designed in-house and handmade in collaboration with a small home-based factory in India.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Delivery times vary based on location, but typically range from 3-7 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately not, but we are looking to expand in the future.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

We'll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our size guide for each product.

What fabric do you use?

All our pieces are made from top-quality cotton- soft, breathable and gentle on skin.

Do your items run true to size?

Yes, our pajamas are designed to fit true to size with a relaxed, cozy feel.

Care Instructions: 

How should I wash my sleepwear?

We recommend hand washing the sleepwear.

Can I tumble dry my LALLALAND sleepwear?

Air drying is best.

Returns & Exchanges:

Do you offer exchanges?

We are happy to offer exchanges if the item you want is still in stock. If the item is no loner available, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.

How do I start a Return or Exchange?

Please contact us  at customers@lallaland.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Who is responsible for the return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer direct refunds; instead, we provide store credit or exchanges, as outlined above.

What about if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or credit at no additional cost.
